Service Level Management team produces scheduled and ad-hoc incident, problem, and change management reports. The team is focused on automating administrative functions, performing detailed data analysis, and report production and publication.  As a Business Analyst in the Service Level Management team you will work with Production Assurance teams and business units to create, analyze and provide detailed reporting for the Incident, Problem and Change Management processes in accordance with the Global Production Assurance methodologies. 

• Creating and preparing Weekly Production Reviews


• Delivering monthly metrics and data analysis for scorecards, production reports, and analysis for Executive Management Report (EMR)


• Monitoring and analyzing production service delivery


• Automating routine functions to ensure time is geared toward data analysis


• Developing monthly and weekly management presentations and commentary


• Implementing production dashboards in conjunction with Global Technology stakeholders


• Governing and maintaining performance and analysis portfolio of report


• Conducting trend analysis for proactive engagement and interaction/intervention

Qualifications:

• College degree, or specialized training or equivalent work experience


• Minimum two years of relevant work experience with production assurance processes and/or ITIL best practices


• Minimum two years plus experience with Oracle SQL, T-SQL, Excel, PowerPoint and ODBC


• Ideally one year of experience with Microsoft Reporting Services


• Experience/understanding of statistics, reporting and analysis


• Awareness of the business and IT strategy


• Basic understanding of the company's business practices and familiarity with the company's products and services


• Proven analytical and writing skills, to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications


• Experience with Crystal Reports is a plus


• English proficiency
