Change Management Coordinator Banco Internacional de primera linea 11 jul

The successful candidate will assume the role of a Change Event Management Coordinator and will be involved with the inspection of change events, including assessing impacts, risks and production readiness. 

Additional duties will involve meeting facilitation, development and analysis of metrics, efforts to improve the quality of changes and process documentation and improvement.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.


• The candidate must be process oriented and have strong organizational and analytical skills. 


• Strong written/verbal communication skills required. 


• Excellent negotiation and issue resolution skills required. 


• Must be able to work well in a team consisting of both functional and technical members. 


• A background in technology environments is preferred.  


• Candidate should demonstrate a willingness to learn and have the ability to multitask. 


• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 


• Knowledge of the Enterprise Change Management System (ECMS) is a plus.


• English proficiency.
